      Nice new layout of offices, friendly staff in certain departments.

      Cons

      Poor management who live in a bubble, they don't listen to the employees. Flat structure with no opportunities for growth or progression.

      Fantastic work-life balance as there is no work.

      Management has no idea about the future of the company. All they care about is the stock price and if the stock goes down, they announce a layoff.

      Decent salary, nice commute, lots of autonomy and flexibility with work schedules.

      Cons

      Little to no advancement. Lots of unchecked sexism. Very stingy with pens and log books, never mind things we really need.
