Pros

not many now, used to have a lot

Cons

poor management, pay is lousy, benefits are too expensive. Facilities boss doesn't know what he's doing. PTO time isn't fair for long time employees

Pros

Great pay (although it's probably an attempt to compensate for the stress-filled toxic work environment you have to endure.)

Cons

They conflate bullying with effective management. They conflate popularity with competence. There's a subtle undercurrent of racism and sexism in most conversations.

Pros

None that make a difference in the current job market.

Cons

I highly recommend avoiding this company due to its ineffective leadership and poor management practices. The culture resembles an insider club, leading to frequent layoffs and a substantial risk of job loss. It's best to seek opportunities elsewhere.
