      Solution is best in the business

      Cons

      Top heavy company. Claim to be a family but no one is willing to help anyone else. Lack of guidance and strategy from management (If you ever even get to see or speak to them) Toxic management on the back of that. Zero culture. As said above, any ideas are swatted away by management as they feel threatened that the idea was not their own. On the flip side if the idea isn't credible you're made to feel stupid and insignificant.

      Strong Technology, Poor Leadership

      Pros

      Great technology with market leading cloud management.

      Cons

      Poor local leadership and real lack of transparency to team members. No team culture and no effort to improve this. Recent redundancies used as scapegoats by management for poor performance and handled with no integrity or decency. Cliques forming within the UK team.

      A good place to work...

      Pros

      Very good ppl, good pay, decent benefits, stock options upon hiring

      Cons

      Stock price doesn't move too much, but did in 2020 -2021; Too many products from several acquistions but this issue is improving annually as products are merged, EOL'ed, acquistions slowing, etc.
