4ySorry to see that you are unhappy with Extreme. We are not clear on what you mean by lay-offs as that is a thing of the past. We are breaking many company records and looking forward to breaking many more. We recommend you speak with your line leadership / HRBP to discuss and clarify any doubts or questions you may have about Extreme.
