Pros

Company insurance is good to cover entire family members

Cons

Heartless management. Email account was blocked before the official last day and no heads up given for early termination of email. Did not even have a chance to send farewell message to colleagues. Insurance coverage was also terminated in advance which was in fact a breach of contract. Per contract, i should be covered up till my last day. HR does not give two hoots about you and based on the experience of colleagues that have left and myself, they STRIVE to give you the short end of the stick. Dont expect any recognition of your contributions to the company, assistance or compassion, you are on your own.

Pros

+ A lot of new things to learn. No other company offer that opportunity. + Colleagues are helpful. +Flexible management.

Cons

- No serious training, despite the fact that this is a demanding position with high expectations. -Salary is average with no benefits. Other companies in the city offer more money with more benefits. -Management doesn't like to bring the topic "money". It is a taboo for them.

We appreciate you taking out time and reviewing us on Glassdoor. We agree with you that technical training is critical. We do have product and sales training on the Dojo and would be interested to hear what improvements you suggest. We hope you had an opportunity to share with your manager and team. Let's make it better for the next person. There is a conscious effort at Extreme to continuously engage our employees on training and career development. Investments in internal resources as well as avenues such as LinkedIn Learning, Franklin Covey are just the beginning.

Thank you for reviewing us in the spirit of being candid and transparent, we truly appreciate it. Feedback from our employees, especially from long termers like is critical for us. We have noted your concern on compensation. It is challenging to weigh fiscal responsibility against employee desires and needs. Both our Compensation and Benefits team annually review our market competitiveness. Wherever possible, we hope to make positive changes for our employees.
