Pros

I have worked for this company for a few years, and things just keep improving. We as employees feel we are consulted and valued and that our health and engagement is a high priority for the company. I feel this is a dynamic atmosphere with evolving opportunities. The overall compensation and benefits are quite competitive, and rewards for performance are positively motivating.

Cons

The administration side is somewhat lean, eg. some functions of HR are outsourced. In some cases onboarding is not as smooth as it could be. Vacation is not as flexible as it could be. The company doesn't demonstrate to employees that it has the best approach to its overall environment impact.
