Growing fast means also riding the chaos wave. We are working on that, but if you can't stand it, don't join us;-)

I've been very impressed with Extreme the on-boarding process and training. Senior management is investing extensively on the talent acquired through acquisition. They learn quickly from mistakes and have a keen focus on the customer. My opinion and work is valued and my new colleagues are interested in winning together. I'm very happy to be here.

Cons

I have not found anything worth the time to complain about. If you want to be in a growth focused company, then Extreme Networks is the place to be.
