      Pros

      Compared to my previous organizations, Extreme has been the best place to work. It gives great work life balance and culture within the organization is great too. I feel this the company where we could have direct interaction with CEO.

      I personally don't have much cons with this respect to EN.

      -Excited to grow the company and continue to build and develop customer relationships -Open, candid environment; feedback is encouraged -Fast-paced; quick execution of ideas, no "analysis paralysis" -Autonomous; employee is empowered to make best decision and try new ideas, not slow or bureaucratic -Executive access to all levels; executives are approachable, customer-oriented, and responsive with strong backgrounds in technology to implement change quickly -Great teams and people -Outstanding tools/SW for employees; I have worked in technology my entire career (over 20 years) this company has the best tools, webinars, training videos, everything is electronic/online, updated, and working! -Marketing is nimble and creative
