      Pros

      Friendly working environment with opportunities to build experiences in multiple technology areas or disciplines. Management is appropriately transparent. Project timelines are aggressive but realistic.

      Cons

      Must be flexible as things change and evolve. With multiple acquisitions, implementation of the overall company strategy is being tweaked. If you like working in a rigid environment where you'll told exactly what to do and everyday is the same, this is not the company for you. You're expected to think for yourself, reach out to other parts of the company, and are empowered to make good decisions that help the company to succeed.

      Pros

      The best and the brightest engineering team I've worked with in my 30+ year career. Work environment is collaborative, open, friendly, and solution-oriented. The people-orientation is true for employees and translates to the company being customer-oriented as a whole. I've been with the company through plenty of ups and downs since being hired, and I feel more optimistic about being an employee now than ever before.
