Do More With Less for the non-Execs

Pros

Flexible work hours and attire.

Cons

The bonus plan hasnt achieved payout to employees in years. Small to non existant raises. Layoffs and compressed schedules and continued expectations.

Pros

It is a job. Compete against Cisco so maybe you can join them when you have enough experience under your belt

Cons

Extreme Networks is a small company and Cisco smokes them. They do not have an end to end solution and rely on partnerships with companies like Avaya. Avaya is not exactly a Tier 1 player
