      Extreme has been a good place to work. You do need to be a part of the Good ol' Boys group to see advancement

      Pros

      Extreme has been a great place to work. Excellent benefits, but comparable to other medium to large companies. Annual Performance reviews with acceptable increases unless you are promoted. In which case Excellent Increases

      Cons

      There are good Middle Management and Poor Middle Management. One needs to determine which is which and stay away from the Poor Middle Management if you ever wan to feel as though you are part of a team
