Pros

Established company that has reasonable pay and benefits.

Cons

There is no clear path for upward trajectory. The company has taken all the “B” players from Cisco and doesn’t think like a smaller nibble company should — innovate. The lack of a cloud product is baffling for a “networking and WiFi company”. You need to be able to deliver modern age product .... not just push boxes

Pros

The people are great. Everyone wants to win and interested in helping in any way.

Cons

The Sales leadership: playing from an ancient Cisco playbook. Questionable acquisitions. Where's the BoD?
