      Pros

      Extreme Networks has built a wonderful culture, and truly live and die by their word. Extreme has been my first job out of college, and it has been a wonderful culture to mature and grow my skillsets. I have wonderful management and leaders that believe in my abilities even as an Early in Career employee. I have been given multiple opportunities to excel and build upon new skillsets and to polish my current skills. I have enjoyed my time here so far and don't plan on leaving. My team and I have wonderful relationships that have led to so much of my growth, working remote is obviously a blessing but can be difficult at times as well.

      Cons

      The company is finally starting to buy into the young in career as our company is top heavy, which is great as you are surrounded by many seasoned vets in the industry. The downside too that is finding others that are in the same "phase" of life as I am.
