      Thank you for your review on Glassdoor, excited to note your feedback on work culture at Extreme which we are all very proud of. We work in Flex-first format and office cab and cafeteria facility is not a feasible option for our offices in Bangalore and Chennai, sorry.

      The company is in it's rough phase affecting employment which the management failed to safeguard the employee interests. The company had a vision but no proper execution.

      Best place to start networking career. Too many learning opportunities. Helpful senior staff which is always ready for guidance. Great salary hikes. Too many parties from companies. Team outings. Month end snacks and lunch.

      I think no cons. It's the best place to work at your starting career(at least for 5 years)
