      Pros

      Stable, average starting pay. Laid back atmosphere.

      Cons

      The job itself becomes monotonous after a year. You deal with salespeople who will promise anything to the customer and you as an engineer has to come up with a solution after the fact. There is no movement upwards and raises are the minimal annual 2% inflation raises. Low morale environment.
