MICROMANAGEMENT (youre watched every moment, and treated like a child they dont trust), no recognition for hard work (everyone is treated equal, regardless effort, so if you're lazy this can be a pro), customer facing to the point where employees suffer and no effort to give back to employees (somewhat a joke, but not even a pizza party while there), and minimal promotion/raise opportunities.

Hybrid. Theres no work culture. Nobody cares to be social or hangout. Everyone is anti-social mostly. There's no bonuses. Managers don't really care or reward anything. Growth is slow. Don't expect to get promoted quickly.
