Good company to work for if you want to stay somewhere long term

Pros

Staffing and Development program that truly develops people that want to be developed. Variety of opportunities. Decent benefits although breadth of benefits are waning.

Cons

Forced ranking system. Performance Assessments are not fun. You can find yourself losing work life balance.
