People I work with are great! Really good camaraderie! Great environment for learning.

Cons

Abysmal leadership that fail to be fair and honest about recognizing contributions that employees provide to the company. Rating and ranking system is beyond awful. It went from bad to atrocious!

Long standing history in O&G. Plenty of resources available. Global presence in industries that have plenty of opportunity. Salary and diversity in career opportunities can be good.

Cons

Several organizational transitions over the last 6 years. A corrosive corporate culture that does not appreciate diversity of idea. An annual performance review program that lacks transparency and is weighted against employees in non-leadership positions. And recent updates to the process have unintentionally allowed for more mismanagement of performance results.
