Good starting salary for early career folks. Good benefits (before 401k match was taken away).

Cons

Very arrogant leadership team. No tolerance for different options. If you want to challenge status quo get ready to be punished or even lose your job. If you are not a brown noser you will not get promoted. Overall pretty bad culture. Very long hours.
