Access to world-class experts on just about every field. Structured professional development process. Opportunities to work in a myriad of functions and roles. Amazing Houston campus. Offers job stability in the longer term.

Cons

Slow professional growth, you're there for the long run, don't expect to be a supervisor/manager/etc soon. You will however get a very diverse and enriching experience throughout.

Pros

Great staff and working as a contractor you were treated with respect. The culture was very co adhesive and academics was a plus.

Cons

The Staff from Houston were at times very arrogant for they believe they have the know all of how to run a business. The young engineers need to learn respect and need to realize the degree is only a ticket to management and if they did not have contractors they would be loss souls.
