Forced ranking system that is especially difficult as you rise through the company and/or age. Very difficult to view a long term career without significant risk of job loss later in career.

Smart peer group. Pay and benefits are great and its a great place to learn the job (assignments are substantial and challenging).

Cons

Terrible work culture. Performance assessment system does not promote collaboration. No work life balance. Not a good company for experienced hires without manufacturing experience. Your external experience will not be valued. Company does not develop leaders - just “managers”. Middle managers have no empowerment.
