- Help full coworker -Good environment office -Manageable timeline given -Flexible working time

Cons

- Too many politics causing very difficult to reach your goal -Ranked system causing too much competition between employee -The flexibility working time depending on supervisor. Some supervisor don't like you WFH / time off even you was work late night -Dont have clear direction and future plan from supervisor -Many double effort and documentation are not really usefull -Keep changing direction and double work cause supervisor dont have much idea then causing double effort and work
