Work with a global workforce. The local colleagues are mostly youbg

Cons

Lack of real leadership. Management is in denial. Rotten ranking system that favors bootlickers who do not contribute real value. If you're in a low cost tech centre , work is extremely mundane with no skill development yet management touts like its a world class job. Expected to work outside usual office hours all the time due to geographical constraints.
