Pros

Was supposed to be a company that was safe and had a long term vision that rode out bottom of the cycles.

Cons

To save a few dollars to pay the dividend and executive salary, company culture is OK with placiny 8% of personnel (long-term employees & new hires) on PIP program in the middle of a pandemic.
