Pros

Excellent training program (good for new hire), able to work with very capable people, benefits and pay is above average but depending on performance, challenging tasks

Cons

The manufacturing business is highly stressful and support is needed around the clock. Working hard is not going to get you anywhere unless you can sell yourself well. People generally perform well so don't think hard work is going to get you a good performance review.

Global opportunities, amazing people who are the best in their field, very ethical, good long term strategy makes them one of the best companies for a long stable career

Cons

Still utilizes the archaic forced ranking system for performance assessment - ultimately your career is not in your control but your managers', you will get many opportunities if you are highly ranked but will be stuck if in the bottom 3rd. Have seen many talented individuals being 'forced' out but are doing very well outside
