Able to support family, great benefits, great company. Ability to work overtime and make plenty of extra cash. Also offers great employee benefits.

Cons

I've heard work life balance but as of right now I'm ok with everything. No complaints on my end at all!

Excellent training program (good for new hire), able to work with very capable people, benefits and pay is above average but depending on performance, challenging tasks

Cons

The manufacturing business is highly stressful and support is needed around the clock. Working hard is not going to get you anywhere unless you can sell yourself well. People generally perform well so don't think hard work is going to get you a good performance review.
