- High salary - Good working environment - Good benefits

Cons

- Very long work hours - Work all day 8-5, still need to attend night meetings that start earliest at 10 pm and ends the latest at 1:30 am. Still expected to come to office the next day - Little chances to experience other roles (no rotation/graduate programme) - No WLB
