- There are micro-cultures that are positive and truly empowering. They're just hard to find - Pay is decent

Cons

- ExxonMobil is littered with bad supervisors and middle managers - Management promotes a toxic culture - There is little interest in embracing positive change at the mfg site

Business Outlook

Pros

Good place for developing soft skills and technical knowledge

Cons

Forced ranking makes it a stressful environment to work in and develops people make decision based on their own interest at heart. Employee benefits are poor post covid Decision making is slow. Too many poor decisions being made over the years resulted in the poor state of this company
