Great pay, very safety oriented, job security, diversity and inclusion,

Management is beyond poor. This is the most hostile work environment I have ever seen. Forced ranking system for first lines, and every wage employee is either on discipline or threatened to be put on discipline. Growing up Exxon was a very family oriented company, but now its a dog eat dog company.
