Pros

Very knowledgeable people in particular aspects of their field who come off as passionate about their work and in most cases mean it.

Cons

Cutthroat, back-biting, no bonuses, very politically set-up. The top is not constituted of only the best. Alot of the leadership do not know what they are doing. Culture of racism still subsists although it is sugar coated with the BEST and Pride flags strewn across everywhere. I oftentimes hope more people will quit so that the aura of niceness and collaboration will be upheld.
