Work- life balance, salary, career opportunities

Cons

Too many controls sometimes feel headache. Assessment system is totally ruthless and you really need to be performing consistently to keep up with the pace. Not only performance but also make yourself visible by sharing your work in most articulate way.

Great Colleagues but Long Hours

Highly qualified colleagues (best of the best) Great collaborations among colleagues on projects Great salary

Cons

Were not transparent with employees about layoffs (percentages and reasoning) which made a lot of people feel on edge all of the time Long working hours and always seemed to run too lean staffing wise. Whenever I left a project or a functional team, I was replaced with 2 people.
