Huge networking opportunities. You encounter people with different backgrounds on a daily basis and you never know when your next big opportunity will come through that door. Particularly for students.

Cons

As any retail/customer service and entry level job, pay is low and many times have to work long hours to make ends meet.

Matched 4% on 401k. Was very entry level work. Excellent management attitude.

Cons

Poor hiring process, about anyone who can walk in the door gets a job. High turnover on management. Horrible raises.
