Great place for your first employment, They give opportunity to work to young graduates. A lot of learning opportunities, very well documented internal processes, very talented colleagues, possibility to join one of the many networks and meet amazing people.
Cons
Low salary, People who are good friends with the supervisor will change positions very quickly. While changing positions is encouraged, you will not be changed unless another senior colleague changes position first, even if you over-delivered and do much more than that colleague.
