Pros

-Huge corporation with reputation -Flexible working hours and good ergo standards -Good number of vacation days

Cons

-Expected monthly net salary for new full-time comers is somewhere between $750-900 mostly depending on the department, and the senior management is convinced themselves that is the correct supposedly 'competitive market salary. This is absolutely shameful. -Old outdated company systems, and slow work laptops -I feel very discouraged to say anything to the senior management about any process improvements, sharing my worries and giving any honest or transparent feedback. I feel like the whole company only wants you to zip your mouth up or you risk losing your job despite the terrible flaws in the organizational culture and pay system. -If you want to become the modern-day highly educated 'cheap labor' with severely low salary/living cost ratio and struggle financially terribly, then this is the place.

Pros

If you perform very well you are treated well and move around the company in new positions frequently.

Cons

Middle of the pack and bottom performers are not treated well. You feel as if you can be easily replaced with new or experienced external hires. High stress environment. Most roles require long days and weekend time to keep up with the amount of work.
