Poor management, no consistence Overcontrolling processes where you can’t be free in your acts in several positions Very manual processes, poor IT department Underrated long term workers, management won’t care you have been working there for significant time, salary increase is not market compatible Return to office communication is very different in departments, no clear communication, requirement would be 5/5 days if you want to come across as a good employee
