      Good Pay Good Benifits Fellow employees are great.

      Cons

      Very structured toward bosses and restrictive to employees opinion. Too safety orientated and noting to do with your job performance. Job performance review ( EADS ) are old and out of date. Also, not fair to employees. Job is way to complicated and time consuming for the employee. To many procedures and paper work to get simple thing done. Fires good employees without a thought.
