Pros

Safe, care about safety and control a lot. Friendly working enviorment, nice people, energy and young workforce Good place for fresh graducate to growth, good development system and training. Rotation is excited for fresh graducate as you are able to try new position and learn new business from 2-3 years. Many opportunity in AP(Singapore and China), lot of new position are being added. Able to travel to many places, work life balance is good.

Cons

Keep moving from role to role after 2-3 years meaning that you are not able to be developed in the professional status. The first time that you did ranking in the company would impact your future. Had to rank top to gain more opporutnity. Request mobility with your whole career which it's very difficult if you have a family. Salary is below market level after few years. Development were raletively slow compare with other company in view of title

Pros

Good place to start a career while single. Good on the resume.

Cons

.. 90percent of the work force working for 10 percent of the work force who are the only one that have a future in the company. As long as you are in the bottom 90 percent, you don't amount to anything but a tool. Horrible and antiquated thinking. Lots of the managers know nothing about managing people.
