Pros

Great learning experience in a global business environment where you can try yourself in different areas. Great people to work with. Usually challenging tasks and responsibilities. The offices are very nice and comfortable and the company is really providing everything you need to do your job including continuous training opportunities . Has a strong culture with great values. Average salary.

Cons

Despite what they are saying the company is not performance oriented at all. There is no real difference in appreciation (salary increase etc) between a top and average performer. As a team leader I don`t feel that I have any tools in my hand to influence the performance of my team. Promotions are not performance based either, but depends on who you know and who you are in good term with. Processes are quite bureaucratic and slow.
