Pros

Multicultural environment with good opportunities to travel. Very good salary.

Cons

Professional knowledge and experience are not valued, they just care about silly things. As an example you can make real progress in the company by just making safety presentations, but forget about challenge. Once somebody told me to be aware of the golden handcuffs, they pay so well that even though your work sucks, you cannot leave it. The stupidity goes to such a level that they even put full size poster of a character called safetyman giving safety advices, I even had to see a coworker with a custom as safety man, with leggings and everything, kind of mediocre superman.
