Great compensation. Challenging work environment that offers opportunity for quick advancement. Ability to get hands on field experience if desired. Excellent co-workers.

Cons

Rigid structure that doesn't offer many opportunities for out of the box thinking. A sense that management doesn't value Mechanical Engineering backgrounds as much as other degrees (for both daily team input and for career advancement opportunities). Limited vacation and long hours.
