Pros

They have a lot of money ;)

Cons

If you work in a BSC, and not at the company, then it is even worse, than working for them in a normal office.

Pros

EM allows employees to obtain a wealth of experience. You are able to take away many of the learning and apply them to new job ventures.

Cons

Because of the demands of the job and a results driven environment, there is a struggle t find a work life balance for many employees. Also, the ranking system can be very subjective with the negotiation and presentation skills of your supervisor playing heavily on your "rank" in the organization and ultimately your pay increase.
