Pros

Worldwide experience Good benefit Great office and facility concern much about safety and ergonomics lots of training flexible working hours

Cons

Training is good but when its too much and disturb the working hours, then we need to do extra hours, but do not get the OT. That's unfair. Many bosses are ego and bias, hard to work with never listen to people Ranking system is bad. If boss like you, even you perform bad, your ranking still better than the one who put a lot more effort Work is boring, very routine, never enrich the knowledge

Pros

Great Learning experience, good safety policies are the two main concepts that characterize the company inside and out. Professionals are ready to face challenges.

Cons

too much protocol. The paper work is just exaggerated. The company lost a lot of money not implementing idea due to paper work.
