Pros

I think the best reasons to work there are, the pay, the consistent raises the first two years, the exposure to new and challenge things and the educational reimbursement policy

Cons

The cons of XOM are somewhat unavoidable. Due to the size you can be just a number it also has a rank system that can produce an extremely competitive culture. Finally work experience is largely dependent on supervision.

Pros

The company has Good Branding and promotes work-life balance. They are also ethical in the way they do their business. Managers do listen and take employee feedbank in to account.

Cons

Non-competitive remuneration compared to competitiors in the same industry. Somewhat bureacatic. Fixed rotation policy, which may not be a role you want to go into.
