Big and stable company with chance for good experience to learn and advance to new projects. International opportunities are abundant.

Cons

The people management is not that great. It is hard to move up or get promoted based on good performance alone.

Pros

The company had a good control atmosphere. Comprehensive and detailed processes and procedures exists to enable people to do work following management expectation. A good start place for a fresh graduate.

Cons

Risk avoidance culture. Lack of innovation. People are get used to the documented process, sometimes get "lazy" to find new way to improve the current work process.
