Pros

For Bangkok office, there are free drinks, healthcare insurance plans, fitness. Junior collaborators are nice and ready to support you.

Cons

- Mind-dumbing: simply control reports and check inputs, and ensure that payslips are correctly reported. Require to memorize terms and process - Politics: talking behind one's back can be seen regularly among mid-managers/director at the Bangkok office. Apart from performance, flattering is required to get promoted. - Limited career growth path: this field is very specialised; it is quite hard to change field after some years of working. However, there is a internal rotation program, but you need to get accept by your team and new team to be rotated. - Working hour: you need work late between 2-3 weeks/month - Opinions are not welcome: you cannot express any ideas that are contrary to the management's view - Not international working culture
