The salary can be higher than in many local Czech companies

Cons

Fast paced High workload Gossip/ negative competitivity The management of some engineering groups is in the US, so they don't know what issues are among colleagues in the team. The office is an open space, it gets extremely noisy as many people have Zoom calls, it can be distracting. Employees don't have a defined desk, every day they have to move their belongings from the desk. The keyboards often are vert dirty. The card for meal allowance is not accepted in many places, contrary to card from other companies like Sodexo.
