Not a good place for experienced hire, career limitations, no career path nor career management, very secretive employee performance reviews - which gives high rating to young employees and low rates older employees (over 50), which also limits older employees ability to take on new roles even get pay raises from 50 to 60. Goal is to not give someone near retirement age a raise and use them to give lowest rank in the forced ranking system.
