Pros

Overall the technology stack usage here is catching up with the industry, however it's all depends on the work assignment and teams.

Cons

Cost cutting measures does introduce PIP program that will affect workforce by 8% percent every year. Alot of benefits good benefits like education, petrol discount & housing has been revoked and no sign of coming back which is disappointing.
