1)even they say they care for emp but they don't , they were unnecessary calling emp to office during corona .
2) management is worst , they were first to run away to their countries when pandemic hits . No one there to take responsibility and help emp how other companies did for eg arranged ambulances , wfh allowances , emergency contacts who can help to get beds in bangalore but in this comapany no one was there to take care of you , many more list .
They should learn from other companies . They will fool emp by saying we are taking care of emp and dont go with comments when real time came to help emp they ran away and didn't even help in small things like setting up home environment for work during pandemic and not even for broadband . I mean small - small companies have taken care well of their emp
