Cons

- It takes too much time to increase salary - Since it's not a development company, most investments aren't made for this area - Old culture "go to office", where it doesn't matter how well you perform

Multicultural environment. You meet good professionals.

Cons

They have a more and more strict policy with home office. The employees are fully controlled in these regards, all home office must be requested and properly justified, if not the supervisor can deny. Lack of transparency when communicating with employees.

Nice environment with friendly people. Offers flexible and healhty lifestyle. Nice opportunities. You can basically become what ever you want in the company if you have the right mindset. You can make mistakes in order to approve.

Cons

Processes happen slow. Most of the contractors are not that technically oriented which slows down the work.
